Please note that our application platform is being constructed now.
We are working away at it and will release features and functions as they are built and tested.
What you can do today is register yourself and your neighbors.
As the features come on-line, you will immediately have access to them.
Registering early also triggers us to register your local municipality.
There are almost 100,000 of these in the USA and Canada.

The OUR TOWN HALL app
The internet has now been widely available for about three decades.
We have to wonder why no platform for actually practicing and participating in democratic governance has been built by now.
The technology can obviously handle it. There is an obvious demand for it. And Silicon Valley surely knows that.
But — the people actually building a platform for democracy that is owned by the people would not trigger their interest.
After all, they would lose their ability to profit from it.
And — even worse — they would lose their control over us.
The people will build it themselves.
And here it is!!!
HOW IT WORKS
The practice of democracy involves people presenting ideas, discussing ideas, debating ideas, improving on ideas, and — ultimately — accepting or rejecting ideas.
That is what the Our Town Hall app does.
When you register, you become assigned to your own community — defined by your local town hall.
We do a quick vetting to make sure you are an eligible voter in that municipality (to ensure no voter fraud takes place).
Once registered, you are able to participate in the democracy process with your neighbors.
You can add in an idea for discussion and consideration.
You can add in your thoughts on the ideas presented.
You can debate them.
You can add in documents and links related to that idea.
And — ultimately — you can cast your vote for that idea.
Get them to register and let your community roar into life!
In essence, you can practice democracy directly in your own community — with your neighbors.
You will also be able to see ideas and discussions that other communities have on similar ideas.
Ideas can be shared.
And — ultimately — you and your neighbors will chart the course of your community — because that is what democracy promises us.
HOW TO BRING DEMOCRACY TO YOUR TOWN HALL
The first step is to register. Registration is simple and free.
The next step is up to you.
Bring more and more of your neighbors online with you.
Get them all to register.
Get them to embrace the freedom of building their own community with you.
After all, democracy is a team game!

Just start … and let your neighbors bring in even more and more of them.

It might take some time … but the first step is what gets the ball rolling.
Share your ideas on what works and what doesn’t.
Keep in mind what the key mission here is — we all want the freedom and peace that democracy offers us.
We all want the corruption in the system we have today removed.
We already are united. Now we just have to take the next step.
Our Town Hall is that next step.
